Best Photography Gear Deals For Bloggers (Prime Day!)
Photography Equipment can be expensive, so I wanted to create a post dedicated to sharing seasonal and year-round deals for photography equipment and resources that are super useful for bloggers, entrepreneurs, and beginner photographers.
Since Prime Day is this week, I shared some deals that are specific to the prime day. I will try to update this post regularly with new and recurring photography deals. The Prime Day (July 15 & 16, 2019) deals are specifically in bold italics links.

Cameras + Camcorders
Nikon 3400 - I highly recommend the Nikon d3400 because my first DSLR camera was the Nikon D3100 (previous version). I sits still use mine as a back up camera. Its one of the best starter level DSLR cameras to use. This camera is a smaller easy to use and carry around but packs a lot of power. Great for most blogger and small business owner use.
Canon EOS Rebel Photography Kit - although I don't primarily use Canon equipment, I have experience with several Canon DSLR models. These are excellent cameras and the EOS Rebel T6i is a great affordable camera for blogging needs.
CoFuncool Camcorder for Vlogging - many bloggers and business owners record video for tutorials and vlogging. Webcams are great, but having a high quality video camcorder will take your stream to the next level.

Lenses
Prime Lenses
Prime are known for their ability to capture higher quality images at a faster speed. You can find a prime lens for almost every type of purpose such as capturing close up/macro images, wide angle landscape and scenery images, and creative distorted images (specialty lenses). Specialty Lenses
Example of Fish eye style photography
Fish eye Lenses are ultra wide specialty prime lenses that give a cool distorted affect to your images. Their great for creative and experimental photography. I also enjoyed using them for street photos and party/nightclub photography. Here’s a example of a photo with a fish eye lens below.
Wide Angle Lenses
Wide angle lenses are typically at a focal length less than 40mm. These are great for capturing landscapes, scenery, architecture and real estate photography. I don’t recommend wide angle lenses so much for portraits however. It can make your subject look wider or more distorted than desired.
